2) Personal information we collect

• Contact and account details (e.g., name, email, company, role, login identifiers).
• Workshop/coaching participation data (e.g., attendance, submissions, reflections you share, community posts/messages).
• Support and communications (inquiries, call notes, email preferences/consents).
• Technical data (IP address, device identifiers, cookie IDs, log data, approximate location derived from IP).
• Payment-related data (transaction status and invoices/receipts). We do not intentionally collect full card numbers if a payment provider is used.

3) Purposes of use

We use personal information for: (a) registration and provision of workshops/coaching and community access, (b) operating, maintaining, and improving our services, (c) responding to inquiries and providing support, (d) scheduling, billing, and contract administration, (e) security, fraud prevention, and incident response, and (f) marketing where you have provided consent/requested it (e.g., email updates). Purpose-of-use disclosures are made in accordance with Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 21.

4) Cookies, analytics, and ads

We may use cookies/device identifiers and third-party tags for site measurement and advertising (e.g., analytics and conversion tracking such as Google services). Cookies/device identifiers may be treated as personal related information; if we provide such information to a third party and it is assumed the recipient will acquire it as personal data, we will confirm that you have consented (for example, via a cookie banner/settings) and provide required information where applicable, in accordance with Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 31. We do not intentionally place personally identifiable information in URLs sent to analytics/ads systems.

5) Sharing and processing

We may share personal information with service providers (processors/subprocessors) necessary to operate our services (e.g., hosting, email delivery, customer support tools, analytics, payment processing). We require appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

6) International transfers

Some vendors we use may be located outside Japan. Where providing personal data to a third party in a foreign country is required, we will obtain consent and provide specified information about the foreign-country system and safeguards unless an exception applies, in accordance with Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 28. Details of countries and safeguards can be provided upon request.

7) Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes above, and longer where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution needs. We use reasonable security measures (e.g., access controls and encryption in transit such as HTTPS) to protect personal information.

8) Your rights; retained personal data disclosures

If applicable under Japanese law, you may request disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of third-party provision for retained personal data, and other required disclosures (including how to make requests). We will respond after verifying your identity and may charge a reasonable fee for certain disclosures. These disclosures are provided in accordance with Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 32.
