Pricing, Billing & Refund Policy

1) Prices and taxes

• Prices are shown on the checkout/order screen and/or pricing page for the specific plan or workshop you select.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, prices shown for customers in Japan are intended to be tax-inclusive. If tax is added, it will be clearly itemized before you place your order.
• Any additional fees (e.g., bank transfer fees) are borne by the customer unless we state otherwise at checkout.

2) Payment methods and timing

• Accepted payment methods (e.g., card and/or other methods) are shown at checkout.
• One-time purchases are charged at the time you place the order (or at the time indicated on the checkout screen).
• If a subscription/recurring plan is offered and selected, billing frequency (e.g., monthly) and the next billing date are shown before you confirm purchase.

3) Service delivery

• Digital access (links, materials, portals) is provided on the date/time stated on the order screen or confirmation email.
• Live sessions (if included) occur on the schedule shown at purchase or as later agreed with you in writing.

4) Auto-renewal and cancellation

• If your plan is recurring, it will auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date/time shown in your account or purchase confirmation.
• To cancel, follow the cancellation method shown in your account settings or contact us using the details below. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid periods are handled under Section 5.

6) Missed sessions and program changes

• Missed sessions are not refunded unless the order screen expressly provides a make-up/refund right.
• We may update program content or instructors for quality or operational reasons. If a material change affects delivery, we will provide notice and, where appropriate, rescheduling, credit, or a partial refund.

7) Consumer notes (Japan)

If you purchase as an individual consumer in Japan, transaction term disclosures and related protections may apply under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976), Article 11 and Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976), Article 12. Depending on the nature of the transaction and what is stated at the time of order, an 8-day cancellation/return rule may apply unless special provisions are properly indicated (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976), Article 15-2). These mail-order protections generally do not apply to contracts concluded for business purposes (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of June 4, 1976), Article 26).
