Cookie & Tracking Policy
Applies to leaderhub.top (Japan). Last updated: 2026-07-23.
This policy explains how we use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies (“Cookies”) on leaderhub.top to operate the site, measure performance, and (if enabled) support marketing. Some device identifiers and cookie data may be treated as personal related information in Japan, and additional requirements apply when providing such information to third parties (Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 31).
1) What Cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We may also use similar technologies (local storage, pixels, mobile SDK identifiers) that perform comparable functions.
2) Types of Cookies we may use
- Strictly necessary: required for core site functions and security.
- Analytics: to understand page performance and improve content (e.g., aggregated usage statistics).
- Marketing / remarketing (only if enabled): to measure conversions and show ads based on interactions.
3) Consent and controls
Where required, we request your consent before placing non-essential Cookies and before providing cookie/device identifier information to third parties where it is assumed the recipient will acquire it as personal data (Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 31). You can change your choices at any time via our cookie settings tool (if available on the site) and through your browser/device controls.
4) Managing Cookies in your browser/device
- Block or delete Cookies via your browser settings (often under “Privacy” or “Site settings”).
- Use private/incognito mode to limit storage on your device.
- On mobile, reset advertising identifiers and limit ad tracking in OS settings (availability varies).
If you disable certain Cookies, parts of the site may not function properly.
5) Third-party services and cross-border transfers
We may use third-party providers (e.g., analytics, tag management, advertising) that receive cookie/device identifier data. Some providers may be located outside Japan. If we provide personal data to a third party located outside Japan, we will implement required measures such as obtaining consent and providing the information required under Japanese law, unless an exception applies (Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 28). Where cookie/device identifier information is provided and it is assumed the recipient will acquire it as personal data, we will confirm user consent as required (Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 31).
6) Commitment regarding PII and URL/tag data
We do not intentionally send directly identifying information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or similar) to advertising platforms via URL parameters, pixels, or tags. We also avoid embedding personal information in page URLs.
7) Related privacy information
For our overall handling of personal information (including purposes of use and required disclosures for retained personal data, business identity, and user request procedures), see our Privacy Policy (Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 21; Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 32).
