AI-Assisted Coaching Disclosure
This page explains how leaderhub.top may use AI tools in coaching and related support.
1) What “AI-assisted” means
AI-assisted coaching may include using automated tools to help generate summaries, draft action plans, propose exercises, or analyze patterns in information you provide. AI outputs are informational support and do not guarantee outcomes.
2) Inputs used for AI processing
- Information you submit (e.g., goals, role context, reflections, questionnaires, chat messages).
- Session notes we create, if you engage in coaching sessions.
- Optional files you upload (only if the feature is offered and you choose to use it).
Please do not submit highly sensitive information unless explicitly requested and necessary for the coaching purpose.
3) Human involvement
Depending on the service, a human coach or staff member may review your inputs and/or AI-generated drafts to improve relevance and safety. Some features may be fully automated; when that is the case, you should treat outputs as suggestions to evaluate.
4) Limitations and potential errors
- AI can be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated.
- AI may misinterpret context or nuance and can produce overly confident statements.
- AI is not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial, or mental health).
5) Your responsibilities
- Verify recommendations before acting, especially for high-impact decisions.
- Do not rely on AI outputs as a promise of performance or results.
- Ensure you have the right to share any information you provide (including third-party data).
6) How data is handled for AI processing
When AI tools are used, your information may be processed to generate outputs, maintain service quality, and address safety issues. For purposes of use and retained-personal-data disclosures (including our identity and user request procedures), please refer to our Privacy Policy, as required by Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 21 and Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 32.
7) Third-party model providers and cross-border transfers
We may use third-party AI model providers as processors or third parties. If personal data is provided to a third party located outside Japan, we will implement the conditions required under Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 28 (including obtaining consent and providing the required information, unless an exception applies).
If we provide cookies/device identifiers or similar “personal related information” to a third party and it is assumed the recipient will acquire it as personal data, we will confirm that the user has consented in accordance with Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003), Article 31.
